Worship begins with the revealed Word of God. In the days of the post exiles of Israel, after the completion of the wall, they turned their hearts to worshiping God. In our day, our primary focus must be the worship of God and the Word of God helps us get there. But does worship in the Word only count on Lord's Day mornings? What about the rest of the week, family worship, our vocations? How does worship in the Word affect these? Worship affects every area of life whether in the church or outside of it. Here, we see the centrality of the Word of God as it pertains to our worship of the Creator of the universe.
